REFUND POLICY
OPERATION AI READY™
All Sales Are Final
Operation AI Ready™ is priced at a low, accessible rate to remove barriers for the military community, and it is delivered digitally with immediate access upon enrollment. Because of this, all payments for Operation AI Ready™ are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed, regardless of how much of the Program you have completed.
By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Operation AI Ready™ Requires an Active Squared Away™ Membership
Operation AI Ready™ is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, and you will not be charged again for the Program itself.
However, Operation AI Ready™ is delivered through Squared Away™, the Foundation's ongoing membership community. Access to your Program lessons, your credential progress, and the Operation AI Ready™ community channel requires an active Squared Away™ membership, which is billed separately at $40 per month.
This means:
Your one-time $147 payment for Operation AI Ready™ covers the Program itself. It does not cover Squared Away™ membership.
You must maintain an active, paid Squared Away™ membership for as long as you want to access Operation AI Ready™.
If your Squared Away™ membership lapses, is cancelled, or is not paid, your access to Operation AI Ready™ will be paused or removed until your membership is reactivated.
Reactivating your Squared Away™ membership restores your access to Operation AI Ready™, including your prior progress, where technically possible.
Squared Away™ membership fees are billed monthly and are separately non-refundable for any partial month, whether or not you access the Program during that period. You may cancel your Squared Away™ membership at any time, but doing so will suspend your access to Operation AI Ready™ as described above. Cancelling Squared Away™ does not entitle you to a refund of your original $147 Operation AI Ready™ payment.
Exceptions
The Foundation may, at its sole discretion, make an exception to this policy in the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate charge: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same enrollment or the same month of Squared Away™ membership.
Billing error: A technical or processing error resulted in an incorrect charge amount.
Failure to deliver access: You paid but never received access to the Program or to Squared Away™ due to a technical failure on the Foundation's part, and the issue could not be resolved after being reported to support.
Requests for an exception must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. The Foundation will review each request individually. Approval of an exception in one case does not obligate the Foundation to approve similar requests in the future.
Cancelling Future Access
Because Operation AI Ready™ itself is a one-time enrollment, there is no ongoing charge for the Program to cancel. If you choose not to complete the Program after enrolling, your access remains available for as long as your Squared Away™ membership stays active, but no refund will be issued for unused time or uncompleted lessons.
If you wish to stop your Squared Away™ membership, you may cancel it at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future monthly charges but does not refund any month already billed.
